 The college is provided with reasonably a good infrastructure. It has its own newly developed Pt. Gorakh Nath Upadhyay sport stadium and wide open space. This institution is blessed with highly qualified, well versed and efficient professors who are discharging their responsibility by rendering their valuable service by enlightening and educating the minds of students through different subjects. Ballia albeit being gravely backward, has been a centre of religiosity and spirituality and recognised as Bhrigunagari since the place has been Tapasthali of Maharshi Bhrigu. The holy rivers like the Ganges, the Saryu and the Tamsa embrace this land and turn it pious. Ballia has been blessed with our saintly ancestors, Bali and Bhrigu. This college was initially affiliated with Agra University which in due course of time got its affiliation under Gorakhpur University in 1958 followed by Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur with its emergence in year 1988. Presently, the college imparts education upto the post-graduate level in various disciplines of Arts and Science having its affiliation with Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth, Varanasi.
